We know you are busy organising your big day. This is why we have summarised our services for you below, and provided tips to assist you with selecting the right bridal registry.

Professional Industry Specialists

We have been servicing the bridal industry locally and internationally since 2002. We love weddings and we are passionate about bridal registries. We understand wedding couples and we appreciate that each couple's needs are unique. Our staff provides the best customer service to wedding couples and their guests. We encourage couples or guests to visit us in our first class office or ring our friendly staff for assistance.
NAT TIP: Many of our competitors run their business from their home (or parent's home) and are not serious about this industry. They take many short cuts to cut costs such as not having staff to answer the phone, look after guests or even provide professional registry cards. So called "free registries" have no commitment and in the past have closed down leaving couples stranded. It's enough of a stress planning a wedding why take the chance?

Honesty and integrity

We take pride in our excellent reputation in the bridal industry on a worldwide scale. We do not take any short cuts on our professionalism or service. And we have no hidden fees or charges for our wedding couples. We charge a once only fee of $150.00 (for AUD, USD, NZD & EUR registries) or £50.00 (for GBP registries) which includes all registry services and functions including bridal registry cards.

We offer guests several purchase options. FREE options include payment via direct deposit, personal cheque and money order. Guests who pay via credit card or Paypal will incur transaction fees that are kept 'at cost' and cover our merchant/bank fees and administration costs.
NAT TIP: Many bridal registry services are simply not honest about fees. Some services in build an automated percentage charge of 7% up to 15% on your registry gifts and then charge your guests an additional 2.5% - 4% processing fee on top of that! Test the registry as a guest to experience what your guests will experience.

Guest support

We provide dedicated customer service coupled with an intimate understanding of wedding couples and their guests. We understand that your bridal registry service is not limited to the 'online' experience. Our all inclusive service means that you will receive total customer support for you and your guests. We provide professional registry cards, hard copy registry lists for guests, take purchases via telephone/fax/post/email.
NAT TIP: Does your registry service take shortcuts on customer service to keep their operation costs low? Will you have professional registry cards? Complete registry and guest management (including following up with guests and late payments)? Will your international guests be looked after? Can guests call to make purchases over the phone? Are they restricted to credit card purchase only? Can guests purchase without fees?

We are proud to be an independent bridal registry service. Our wedding couples are our primary focus and our registries provide our couples with the complete freedom to source their gifts from anywhere. This means we will not try to sell you anything, and we will not try and make any extra money out of you. Our expertise lies in successful bridal registries.
NAT TIP: When searching for the best deal on honeymoon travel, find travel quotes from on line travel agents and then go to Flight Centre - who will beat every quote guaranteed and from our experience you can save hundreds. Some travel agents also offer an online registry. Their charges are usually incorporated into their over inflated packages. Has the agent inflated their travel costs? And do they have extra charges in their terms and conditions that they have not disclosed to you?

NAT TIP: Is your bridal registry service a reputable service provider? Is the registry service secure? Can guests purchase online safely?
